CRM Consulting
The right CRM, implemented properly, used every day.
We advise on, implement and extend GoldMine, HubSpot, SugarCRM, SuiteCRM and our own Hawk-Ai CRM. Because we work across all of them, the recommendation starts with your sales process rather than the one platform we happen to sell.

You are probably here because
- Your CRM is a contact list nobody trusts, and the real pipeline lives in spreadsheets and inboxes.
- You are choosing a platform and every demo looks great; you need someone who has lived with each one after the demo.
- The CRM you have could do the job, but nobody has connected it to quoting, email, the website or the ERP.
What you get
- A recommendation you can defend. We compare platforms against your process, team size, budget and integrations, and write down why. If your current system is fine, we will tell you.
- An implementation that matches how you sell. Pipelines, fields, automations and permissions built around your actual sales motion, then tested with the people who will use them.
- Integrations that remove double entry. API connections and workflow automation between the CRM and your website forms, email, quoting, accounting or ERP, so a lead entered once flows everywhere it needs to.
- Clean data on day one. Migration from your old system with cleanup, deduplication and validation before import, so the new CRM does not inherit the old mess.
- Adoption, not just go-live. Role-based training, reporting dashboards your managers will open, and scheduled tuning once the team has used it for real.
How we approach it
We treat a CRM project as a sales-operations project that happens to involve software. The first weeks are spent mapping how leads arrive, how deals move and where information gets lost; only then do we configure anything. We build in short cycles with your team reviewing each one, migrate data in rehearsals before the real cut-over, and measure adoption after launch (logins, records updated, pipeline coverage) rather than declaring victory at go-live. We have built and run our own CRM, Hawk-Ai, which means we know where off-the-shelf products bend and where custom development is the honest answer.
Workflow automation, built and run for you
Most of the time lost in a sales operation is not lost inside the CRM. It is lost in the gaps between the CRM, the website, the inbox, the quoting system and the ERP, and it gets filled by somebody retyping things. We close those gaps with automation we build, host and maintain, using n8n on infrastructure we run.
- Integrations between systems that have no integration. If both ends have an API or can send a webhook, they can be connected, including the older line-of-business software that no marketplace connector supports.
- Scheduled work that runs itself. Overnight syncs, recurring reports that arrive in an inbox, reminders that fire off real data rather than human memory.
- Routing and follow-up. Form submissions, orders and inbound email sent to the right person, logged against the right record, with the follow-up scheduled automatically.
- Monitoring, because automation fails quietly. We instrument what we build, so a broken workflow raises its hand instead of going unnoticed for a fortnight.
We run this stack ourselves before we sell it. Our own quoting, order and email workflows run on it daily, which is also how we know where it breaks.
Common questions
Which CRM do you recommend?
Whichever fits your process. We implement five, so we are not tied to one, and we only recommend platforms we have implemented ourselves. Where a vendor pays us a referral fee we say so on our disclosure page. The Fit phase produces a written comparison for your situation.
Can you move us off GoldMine without losing history?
Yes. We export, clean, deduplicate and map history, notes and attachments, rehearse the import on a copy, then cut over.
Do you build custom CRM features?
Yes: custom modules, API integrations and automations. When a platform cannot do what you need, we say so and price the alternative.
What does ongoing support look like?
A monthly retainer covering changes, reporting and user questions, or ad-hoc hours; most clients start with a retainer for the first quarter after launch.
What is Hawk-Ai?
Our own CRM, built for quoting, orders, service tickets and email in one place. It is available to clients as part of an engagement; we will recommend it only where it fits better than the alternatives.
