Sales Channels
More ways to sell, one way to run them.
Direct-to-consumer, partners and resellers, marketplaces like Amazon, eBay and Walmart: we design the channel mix, set the rules that keep channels from fighting each other, and build the systems that run them as one business.

You are probably here because
- You sell through distributors and want a direct channel without starting a war with them.
- Marketplace sales are growing but margins, inventory and returns are handled by hand.
- Each channel has its own spreadsheet, its own pricing and its own version of the truth.
What you get
- A channel strategy with the trade-offs written down. Which channels, in what order, at what price points, with what margin, and how they coexist with your existing partners.
- A partner or reseller program partners actually join. Tiers, pricing, deal registration, co-marketing and the onboarding kit, designed so the program sells itself to the right partners.
- Marketplace presence that protects your brand. Listings, pricing rules, fulfillment options and reviews handled with a plan, so Amazon or Walmart becomes a channel rather than a race to the bottom.
- One set of numbers across every channel. Orders, inventory, pricing and customers synchronized into your CRM or ERP so you can see which channel is really making money.
- A direct channel your partners can live with. Territory and pricing rules, MAP enforcement and lead routing that keep the relationship honest.
How we approach it
Channel work fails when it is treated as a marketing launch. We treat it as an operating model change: pricing, inventory, fulfillment, support and partner relationships all move at once, and the systems have to keep up. We start by modeling the economics of each channel with your real costs, then design the rules (pricing, territories, who owns the customer) before anything is built. Implementation covers the store, the marketplace listings and the integrations back to CRM and inventory, and we stay through the first quarter of live sales to adjust the rules against what actually happens.
Common questions
Will a direct channel upset our distributors?
It can, if the rules are unclear. We design pricing, territory and lead-routing rules with the partner relationship in mind, and help you communicate them.
Do you manage marketplace accounts day to day?
We set them up, integrate them and train your team; ongoing account management is available as a retainer.
Which platforms do you use for the direct store?
WooCommerce and Shopify most often; the choice depends on your catalog, integrations and team.
How long does a partner program take to launch?
Design typically takes a few weeks; recruiting the first partners takes longer and depends on your market. We plan both.
